📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and submission. • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks. • Build, nurture, and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates across diverse industries. • Conduct in-depth discussions with candidates to understand their career goals, role suitability, and cultural fit. • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. • Collaborate with internal teams to align on hiring requirements and delivery timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in domestic recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT). • Proven experience in domestic recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT). • Strong sourcing expertise and a robust LinkedIn network. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently. • Must indicate hours of availability per day when applying.
