• Actively sell digital products to B2B clients and retail customers through field visits and direct engagement • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into successful sales • Identify potential clients and market opportunities in assigned territories • Develop and implement creative sales ideas and approaches to meet targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients using CRM tools • Work closely with the marketing team to understand and leverage ongoing campaigns for lead generation • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates on progress
• Any Graduate (All streams welcome) • Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools • Strong understanding of marketing campaigns and lead conversion processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in local area language(s) where positioned • Self-motivated with a passion for sales • Ability to work independently in field conditions • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills • Basic understanding of SaaS products (preferred but not mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in B2B and retail sales • Exposure to SaaS products in HR and Finance domains • Practical knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes • Opportunity to develop sales and marketing strategies • Professional growth in the IT services industry
