📋 Description

• Set the vision and own the strategy for circular systems. • Maintain an understanding of geopolitical, regulatory, and market forces. • Build deep, ongoing understanding of clients' challenges and opportunities. • Design and run pilots that prove new approaches. • Identify and pursue opportunities to design and develop regional recovery hubs. • Own revenue targets, pipeline, and forecasting for the portfolio. • Work across Anthesis business lines to unlock client value. • Lead a diverse group of senior technical experts. • Represent Anthesis at the highest level in industry forums and client boardrooms.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in sustainability consulting or industry, deep domain expertise. • Background in professional services/consulting (understanding utilization, margins). • Established industry network bringing immediate credibility. • Master’s degree or MBA preferred. • Fluent English required; an additional European language is preferred. • Willingness to travel for client and leadership engagements.
