📋 Description

• Managing the daily operations of the T&E program at Blackboard • Approving expense reports • Managing global card programs both domestically and internationally • Reconciling T&E charges in our expense travel tool, Concur • Managing travel for the company and working closely with the Senior Travel & Expense Analyst.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience • Strong knowledge of credit card products and travel and expense processing • Strong knowledge of Concur • Excellent problem solving and organization skills • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Prior experience in a large corporate environment with employees located globally • Proficient in Excel • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEFR B2 level or above.
