📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and vendor management • Ensure compliance with U.S. health, safety, and environmental regulations, including OSHA and local codes • Manage facility budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules • Plan, initiate, and manage facility improvement, renovation, and relocation projects from start to finish • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans • Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders • Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service level agreements are met • Supervise facility staff, custodial teams, and maintenance personnel • Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on facility management experience in the United States (required) • Prior facility management experience in the United States is required for interview consideration • Demonstrated project management experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams • Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes, OSHA regulations, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) • Proficiency in facility management software and project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, and Trello • Verifiable U.S.-based facility management experience required to proceed to interview stage
