📋 Description

• Map business requirements based on ServiceNow platform best practices. • Lead process workshops and promote best practices within ServiceNow. • Write user stories and plan sprints using Scrum methodology. • Monitor development and integrated and functional testing of our clients' solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing ServiceNow or similar platforms in one of the following modules: ITSM, ITBM, or CSM. • Experience leading platform solution implementations. • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different organizational levels and experience conducting presentations/workshops. • Hold at least one of the following certifications: CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, CIS HRSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Mapping, CIS VRM, or CAD. • Advanced Spanish. • Fluent English. • Postgraduate degree / MBA.
