📋 Description
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Service Cloud modules. • Customize Service processes using Application Composer and Redwood UI. • Develop and maintain Groovy scripts, page customizations, and business rules. • Configure Knowledge Management, Service Requests, Work Queues, and Case Management. • Design and develop OTBI/BIP reports and dashboards. • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Support testing, deployments, and post-production activities.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ Years of experience in Oracle Fusion Service Cloud • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Service Cloud • Hands-on experience with Application Composer, Groovy, and Redwood UI • Knowledge of OTBI/BIP Reports • Experience with Oracle Fusion Security and Roles • Good understanding of Service Request lifecycle and business processes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Any Graduate. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX / Oracle Sales Cloud.
