📋 Description

• Ensure compliance and accurate information provided to students. • Review and audit files upon submission from the FAC’s. • Create Award Letter and FASApp. • Issue and maintain award letters as appropriate. • Maintain/update the certified loan report. • Complete the financial aid file once a student has gone through the entire process of FA. • Help students obtain funding through various programs available. • Prepare, explain and supply applicants with appropriate documents to make informed decisions regarding financial aid. • Analyze timing of funding of students. • Update Salesforce appropriately in the financial aid section regarding funding score, etc. • Verify funding amounts and order funds as appropriate. • Participate in financial aid meetings and events. • Download vouchers and verify funding of those vouchers. • Scan, upload and email vouchers as necessary. • Issue borrower notifications. • Provide exit counseling. • Run enrollment reporting and add new student’s to NSLDS transfer monitor list. • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience. • 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role preferred • 2 years’ experience in financial aid role preferred • Salesforce experience a plus

• Compensation : $43-46K (hourly, non exempt) • May work Saturdays to support deadline weeks.
