📋 Description

• Provide support to the insurance division Banner Plans and Networks monthly processes • Help support the quarterly forecast process • Analyze revenue, expense, and FTEs by department compared to forecast • Reconciliation of membership, care coordination payments and physician incentives to accruals • Prepare alternate and complete financial and statistical reports • Create and generates reports used to analyze data • Act as a technical resource and liaison to system management and department heads

🎯 Requirements

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience • Requires proficiency level typically attained with zero to two years experience in healthcare finance • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects • Proven analytical skills are necessary • Must be proficient in the use of sophisticated software programs and office desktop applications • Excellent human relations, organizational and communication skills are required
