📋 Description

• Contribute across Credit Risk, Growth, and AI initiatives • Own projects end-to-end within your assigned domain • Develop deep familiarity across multiple domains • Drive research and exploration workstreams • Collaborate closely with Lead and Staff Data Scientists • Identify and flag opportunities for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience across more than one data science domain • Strong ML fundamentals • Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and standard ML frameworks • Hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI • Production experience with models • Fintech or BNPL background strongly preferred • Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing • Exposure to MLOps practices • Publications or presentations in recognized Machine Learning and Data Science journals/conferences
