📋 Description

• Implement the applications roadmap and resolve organization-wide, long-term issues • Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of software applications • Oversee the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and development approaches • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business requirements • Manage technical debt and application modernization initiatives • Advise business and technology stakeholders on application strategy and technology solutions • Guide architecture, integration, development frameworks, emerging technologies, engineering practices, automation, DevOps, and Agile methodologies • Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions • Support strategic planning and technology roadmap initiatives • Partner with business leaders, project managers, architects, product owners, and vendors • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and issues • Participate in estimation, planning, prioritization, and resource forecasting • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and issue resolution • Oversee application support and service-level achievement • Lead resolution of complex incidents and production issues • Monitor application health, performance, and availability • Drive root cause analysis and preventive and corrective actions • Ensure effective change, release, and environment management • Ensure compliance with security, risk management, audit, and regulatory requirements • Promote secure software development and vulnerability management • Identify and mitigate technology and project risks • Support audit reviews and governance activities • Improve development processes, application performance, and delivery efficiency • Champion automation, CI/CD, cloud adoption, and modern engineering practices • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends • Establish and monitor development metrics and performance indicators • Design and implement build, release, deployment, and configuration activities • Conduct automated testing and manage application releases and versions • Design technical specifications and deliver platform requirements for UI/UX • Train end users on application usage
