📋 Description

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across North America • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and hiring leaders • Serve as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding and early‑stage engagement • Partner closely with a team of recruiters to ensure timely, high‑quality candidate delivery • Oversee the full business development lifecycle from outreach to signed engagement • Track pipeline activity, revenue progress, and conversion metrics • Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and long‑term partnership opportunities • Maintain strong communication, follow‑through, and executive‑grade client interactions • Meet and exceed revenue targets tied to commission structure

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within staffing, recruiting, or talent advisory • Strong understanding of North America hiring practices and delivery models • Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships • Experience partnering with recruiter teams to support candidate placement • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive‑presence skills • Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by performance and earnings • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
