âą Own the roadmap for Journey Experience & Automation, connecting education, Assistant guidance, and re-engagement into a unified user journey. âą Partner with data and activation teams to define signals, triggers, and scoring models that personalize automation nudges and educational content. âą Collaborate with design to embed contextual education, tutorials, and Assistant states that deepen product understanding. âą Build a durable architecture for re-engagement, integrating Assistant guidance, email campaigns, and in-product actions. âą Use product data, behavioral insights, and experimentation to iterate on what keeps users learning and growing autonomously. âą Collaborate across Activation, AI, and Platform UX to ensure education and automation experiences feel cohesive, intelligent, and native across Apollo. âą Own key metrics around engagement, activation-to-retention conversion, automation usage depth, and Assistant interaction frequency.
âą 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS. âą Experience with lifecycle, automation, or journey orchestration products. âą Proven ability to translate behavioral data into engagement systems. âą Familiarity with AI-driven guidance, recommendations, or education UX is a plus. âą Growth mindset and systems-level product thinking. âą Exceptional collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills. âą Deep empathy for users and a passion for helping them learn and succeed autonomously. âą You thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly.
