• DETERMINED and AMBITIOUS • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS • EXPERIENCE handling both corporate and technical roles across diverse functions • EXPERTISE with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media sourcing • STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels • PROVEN ABILITY in employer branding and sourcing passive candidates effectively • FAMILIARITY with or eagerness to learn AI recruitment tools to enhance efficiency • ABILITY to manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics for process improvement • WORK ETHIC that leaves others in their dust • Strong PEOPLE LEADERSHIP SKILLS and a passion for getting the most out of people • Relentless desire to BECOME YOUR VERY BEST and can prove it • A GROWTH MINDSET and willingness to adapt and take initiative when faced with new challenges • BONUS: Experience working in the tech industry
