📋 Description

• Assist senior consultants in delivering exceptional consulting services and support to clients across ERP, CRM, AI, and enterprise technology projects • Partner with senior consultants to understand, validate, and document client business requirements, translating them into scalable technology solutions • Collaborate with senior executives, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes • Support clients in designing and implementing business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives • Continuously learn new technologies and consulting skills while contributing to innovation initiatives and internal knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in professional services, consulting, business analysis, IT, ERP, CRM, AI, or enterprise software is preferred • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, especially those with strong academic backgrounds, internship experience, or personal projects related to technology, business systems, AI, or software development • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing business environments • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
