• Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with our customers • Drive their retention and reactivate dormant accounts • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and conduct outreach • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and professionalism • Anticipate and prevent potential customer challenges before they arise • Act as a bridge between customers and our product team, ensuring feedback is translated into actionable improvements to achieve shared goals
• Fluency in English (C1+), both written and verbal • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in sales, account management, VIP support, or a role focused on high-value customers • Proven ability to work with top-tier clients, delivering outstanding service and fostering loyalty • A strong sense of ownership and accountability within your area of responsibility • A solid understanding of business processes and how to optimize them for success • Structured, critical thinking paired with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Problem-solving prowess: you’re a natural at uncovering the root cause of challenges (a true detective!) • The ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively • Flexibility to work late hours (17:00 – 2:00 Kyiv time with 1-hour break, Sun-Thu) to accommodate the needs of Western markets • Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools is a plus.
