📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-powered testing agents for functional, regression, and integration testing. • Build AI workflows capable of interpreting user stories and business requirements to generate automated test scenarios. • Evaluate and optimize AI-generated testing results by refining prompts and improving testing accuracy. • Develop and maintain API automation using Playwright. • Build and maintain mobile automation frameworks using WebDriverIO. • Integrate AI-powered testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines. • Document AI-generated execution evidence, logs, screenshots, and testing reports. • Collaborate with engineering teams to continuously improve AI-driven testing strategies, automation frameworks, and software quality practices. • Research and promote emerging AI technologies that improve testing efficiency and engineering productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. • 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or Quality Engineering. • Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered or Agentic Testing solutions. • Experience with AI-driven testing platforms such as Testim, Mabl, Katalon AI, Reflect, or similar. • Experience building or configuring LLM-based testing workflows or AI agents. • Experience designing AI-generated test cases from user stories or business requirements. • Experience validating and improving AI-generated testing outputs. • Strong experience with Playwright for API automation. • Experience automating mobile applications using WebDriverIO. • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript programming skills. • Experience testing REST APIs, authentication flows, and token management. • Experience integrating automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines. • Experience using Git and modern software development practices. • Advanced English proficiency.
