📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Design and execute functional test cases across web, mobile, and API-based solutions. • Validate end-to-end business processes and critical business rules. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and quality planning activities. • Guide QA best practices and promote continuous improvement initiatives. • Mentor team members and provide leadership across QA activities. • Act as a quality leader and trusted advisor within the team. • Support high-quality releases across banking and digital channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. • Strong experience in Functional Testing. • Experience testing Web, Mobile, and API-based applications. • Experience validating end-to-end business processes. • Experience working with Jira and defect management processes. • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. • Basic SQL knowledge. • Experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments. • Experience with Mobile Banking applications is highly desirable. • Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding QA teams and quality initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Proactive mindset with the ability to influence and guide technical teams.
