📋 Description

• Participate actively in sprint planning, quality discussions, and testing strategy sessions. • Design and execute exploratory, context-driven, and session-based testing activities. • Create test plans, coverage outlines, and testing reports. • Identify quality risks and concerns early in the development lifecycle. • Execute testing sessions, investigate issues, and document findings. • Diagnose, prioritize, and report defects effectively. • Collaborate closely with developers and project stakeholders to improve software quality. • Promote continuous improvement of testing practices and quality processes. • Contribute to building a strong quality culture across Agile teams. • Continuously evolve your testing craft through modern quality engineering practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. • 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. • Experience supporting Agile development teams. • Strong understanding of Context-Driven Testing principles. • Experience applying Session-Based Testing methodologies. • Experience building test strategies, test plans, and quality approaches. • Experience performing API and database testing. • Experience estimating testing efforts and identifying quality risks. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to investigate, synthesize, and communicate technical findings clearly. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Postman, or other automation tools (Nice-to-Have). • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity (Nice-to-Have). • Experience with heuristic-based testing approaches (Nice-to-Have).
