• Act as the main point of contact for key demand partners, maintaining strong, long-term relationships. • Support and grow existing client accounts, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for expansion. • Help customers optimize monetization strategies using BidMachine’s exchange and tools. • Monitor and fine-tune QPS settings and ensure the health of integrations across partners. • Provide strategic guidance and troubleshoot client issues to maximize performance and revenue potential. • Develop tailored growth plans for assigned partners, aligned with KPIs such as UA, Monetization, and Product metrics. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners on best practices in programmatic advertising and mobile monetization. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for client needs and improve our offerings. • Analyze customer data, prepare reports and insights, and forecast performance trends.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development in the AdTech / Programmatic ecosystem. • Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, RTB, and programmatic trading. • Hands-on experience with demand-side partners (e.g., Moloco, Adikteev, Liftoff) and brand / agency clients. • Knowledge of key advertising metrics — CPM, eCPM, Fill Rate, ROAS, LTV, etc. • Familiarity with attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) is a plus. • Ability to create clear documentation (e.g., QBRs, reports, success plans). • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills. • Fluent in English.
