📋 Description

• Participate in quarterly board meetings. • Provide independent strategic guidance to the CEO and leadership team. • Contribute to discussions around product strategy, partnerships, and market positioning. • Help evaluate major strategic initiatives. • Provide perspective on industry trends and competitive threats. • Support the company through relevant industry connections and relationships. • Board members do not participate in day-to-day operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in performance-based advertising technology, particularly DSP platforms driven by machine learning and optimization algorithms. • Operator-level experience from leading performance advertising platforms. • Ability to contribute meaningfully to discussions around DSP product strategy, machine learning driven ad optimization, advertiser acquisition and growth, and competitive positioning in performance advertising.
