📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple mobile game projects at different stages of development • Work closely with international partner studios and internal publishing teams • Keep teams aligned, manage timelines and risks, and prepare projects for key milestones from integrations to release • Manage multiple projects and studios simultaneously • Drive project delivery and serve as the key link between external studios and the publisher • Monitor deadlines and commitments, address issues proactively, and escalate risks when necessary • Manage App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including build uploads, platform requirements, and app transfers • Coordinate partner onboarding and internal SDK integrations • Optimize publishing workflows and processes • Maintain project documentation and visibility • Report to the CPO

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in mobile game development, preferably in publishing • Proven multi-project management experience — ability to manage several projects simultaneously at different stages of development • Strong understanding of the full mobile game development and publishing lifecycle • Hands-on experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console • Solid knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban) and hands-on experience with modern task trackers • Understanding of key game product and marketing metrics, including LTV, Retention, ROAS • English — B2+, with confidence in written and spoken communication with international partner studios
