📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day interactions with the client and the agency on projects • Understand APR’s cost-optimization methodology and identify appropriate efficiency categories • Enforce client policies, production guidelines and best practices • Identify production-process issues and propose high-impact solutions • Kick off projects and act as the liaison for production information between the agency and the client • Evaluate prospective production vendors for quality and value • Participate in pre-bid meetings to align project scope with the agency and the client • Compare and review these elements and prepare recommendations for the agency and/or the client • Review the agency’s cost estimate to ensure all negotiated costs are included • Monitor the project throughout production, post-production and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Ten years of hands-on experience producing advertising content within a production company • Significant experience with beauty, luxury, or fashion brands • Experience responding to advertising production RFPs/tenders • Experience in an advertising agency and/or client-side role may also be considered • Consulting experience is preferred • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-directed, motivated, passionate, able to work effectively without daily supervision • Bilingual French/English
