📋 Description

• Develop and execute content strategy across social media, blog, and email • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across channels • Plan and implement marketing campaigns for target audiences • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy based on results • Conduct targeted cold outreach to potential customers and partners • Identify and cultivate strategic collaborations and partnerships • Manage the brand's presence across social platforms and the Discord community • Respond to and engage with customers on social media and community channels • Monitor campaign analytics and report performance to inform decisions • Work with the client's team and report to the co-founder based on agreed scope and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content and campaign strategies across multiple platforms, shown through past work samples or measurable results • Strong written communication skills and a clear sense of brand voice • Comfort with modern marketing and productivity tools, including social scheduling, analytics dashboards, and CRM/outreach tools • Ability to work independently across functions and time zones • Previous experience in marketing, content, or community roles • Own laptop and basic equipment • Reliable connectivity and a secure working environment • Follow required security controls, including two-factor authentication
