• Build and improve financial models that support forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and long-range planning. • Prepare reporting packs for senior stakeholders and the Board. • Help translate business activity into financial outcomes and explain what it all means to people who don't speak spreadsheet. • Work with teams across the business to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and sharpen forecast accuracy. • Support revenue forecasting by analysing trends, pricing, and business performance, then distilling it into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders and the board. • Contribute to the implementation of our new FP&A tool, including design, data structure, and adoption. • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve the quality, speed, and impact of financial analysis and reporting. • Support ad hoc strategic and operational projects.
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent qualification or part qualified. • Two to five years of experience in an FP&A or management accounting role, ideally in a SaaS or technology business. • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex data sets. • A genuine interest in using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or automation workflows) to work smarter and produce better insight. • Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools; experience with an FP&A planning platform (e.g. Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Planful) and Xero is a bonus. • Able to turn complex data into clear, simple stories that influence decisions for finance and non-finance audiences alike. • Curious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. • A natural collaborator who enjoys working across teams to solve problems.
