• Serve as Team Lead for the WV-QIP Phase II project. • Lead the development, review, and implementation of quality improvement frameworks. • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities. • Oversee the assessment of VA Medical Center performance data. • Mentor and provide technical direction to project team members. • Monitor project progress against established timelines and performance metrics.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration and executive leadership within the VA healthcare system. • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred. • Direct, hands-on experience working within the Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare enterprise. • Ability to obtain and maintain VA facility access credentials. • Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship. • Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a federal contracting or government program environment.
