📋 Description

• Research and collect real estate project information from various online sources • Gather and update project details including location, developer information, unit types, pricing, payment plans, and amenities • Upload and organize project images, brochures, floor plans, and related documents • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's database and CRM system • Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected information before submission • Update project information regularly based on the latest market developments • Organize digital files and ensure proper documentation of all project assets • Prepare reports and summaries as required by management

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Data Entry, Online Research, or Real Estate Administration • Strong internet research and data collection skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online databases • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Good written and verbal English communication skills • Reliable computer and internet connection • Experience in the UAE real estate market preferred • Familiarity with real estate developers, projects, and property-related terminology preferred • Experience working with CRM systems and real estate databases preferred
