📋 Description

• Lead Teams: Guide an engineering and product squad to ensure precision in quality and timing, while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and automation. • Manage Products: Partner with stakeholders to architect product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate business needs into technical requirements. • Own Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations, removing delivery blockers, and driving operational stability. • Commercial Oversight: Manage account finances, including budget forecasting and margin tracking, to ensure project profitability. • Measure Success: Provide transparent internal and client-facing reporting utilizing DORA metrics to evaluate project health.

🎯 Requirements

• EdTech Expertise: Direct experience in digital education technology, including Moodle integrations, LMS architectures , and institutional e-learning platforms. • Agile & DevOps Delivery: Deep understanding of Lean delivery, XP engineering practices (CI/CD, test-first development), and API-driven architectures. • Tooling Proficiency: Expert tracking skills using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps, with a solid grasp of DevSecOps frameworks. • Client & Financial Management: Proven experience in consultancy or professional services running client journeys, commercial budgets, and resource allocation. • AI & Modern Workflow: Comfort integrating AI productivity tools (like Cursor or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate prototyping. • Bid Support: Experience contributing to project bids, RFP responses, and technical estimation.
