📋 Description

• Champion customer needs and translate them into product features. • Define product vision and roadmap based on measurable business value. • Prioritize user stories and manage product backlog in Agile environment. • Innovate for ROI using data and user insights. • Collaborate with development and QA teams to define acceptance criteria. • Conduct acceptance testing and product demos. • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. • Maintain focus, prevent scope creep, and drive progress with data-driven metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience (preferably all within SF ecosystem) • Strong English communication skills • Agile methodology experience • Technical aptitude • Customer-focused mindset • Creative problem solving & strategic thinking • Analytical & business acumen • Salesforce Core Experience • Product Experience within the Loyalty space (any industry) • Marketing Product Experience • Salesforce Loyalty Management experience • Product Management experience • QA Knowledge or Developer Experience • Marketing Insights • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or related field
