• Build and manage grower relationships, becoming a trusted advisor • Support sustainable ag practices and irrigation strategies using Arable’s tools • Lead and implement grower success programs • Align Arable’s solutions with grower goals to drive value and retention • Provide expert insights on pivot irrigation, corn production, and agtech adoption • Identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored support • Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs
• Strong agronomy or grower support background • Experience in pivot irrigation, corn production, or related systems • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, field-ready attitude • Based in NW Indiana with the ability to visit local growers • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field (or pursuing degree for internship candidates)
