📋 Description
• Serve as primary SrPM lead for Yosemite National Park capital program delivery • Oversee multi‑year Yosemite Capital Planning and projects • Develop comprehensive project budgets; monitor, track, and report financial performance including forecasts and variance analysis • Provide construction oversight; ensure compliance with codes, industry standards, best practices, and contractual requirements • Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations; support senior leadership and board presentations as requested • Partner with Operations to assess facilities/infrastructure; recommend work orders and initiate improvement projects to maintain state of good repair
🎯 Requirements
• 10–12+ years leading comprehensive capital projects from minor renovations to ground‑up construction • Strong interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field strongly preferred (or equivalent experience)
