📋 Description

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, FAQs, and API documentation. • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather and understand technical information. • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for various audiences. • Edit, standardize, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines. • Organize and structure documentation for maximum usability and accessibility. • Utilize various tools and platforms to create and manage documentation (Content Management Software like Madcap Flare or other equivalent Software). • Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve documentation quality continuously. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is updated in line with product releases. • Maintain a documentation repository and ensure version control. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Three years of related experience required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent writing and grammatical skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text • Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently • Ability to edit and proofread the work of colleagues • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Basic understanding of programming languages or software development processes is a plus • Knowledge of AI and other Tools to assist with content generation • Self-starter mentality • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Collaboration with multiple teams across different time zones.
