📋 Description

• Deliver engagements successfully and on schedule • Maintain gross margin discipline through efficient delivery • Optimize utilization (75–80%) across delivery staff • Ensure timely revenue conversion from booked commitments • Manage bench and capacity aligned with pipeline • Support integrated cross-BU delivery models • Own delivery strategy and execution across SAP programs • Oversee S/4HANA and large transformations • Ensure quality, methodology adherence, and risk management • Lead escalations and remediation • Define staffing, subcontracting, and hiring strategy • Drive client satisfaction • Support deal pursuits and contract sign-off per DOA • BU Gross Margin • Utilization and bench management • Client satisfaction (NPS / CSAT) • Delivery quality and risk management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred • 15+ years SAP delivery leadership • Experience with S/4HANA and global delivery models • Strong financial and client leadership experience • Experience in public cloud initiatives is highly preferred • Exposure to supply chain modules (IBP, EWM, etc.) is a plus • Proven ability to lead at scale across geographies and capabilities • Strong client-facing presence, credible in both pre-sales and escalation scenarios.
