📋 Description
• Derive and understand client business needs, and document findings • Work closely with team leaders and specialists in solution design • Configure Varicent Incentives system to meet requirement needs • Design and implement data extract/transform/load strategies • Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases of projects • Work with clients to assess readiness and plan for system roll-out • Assist project manager with supporting deployed projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Informational Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. • At least 4 years of experience with Varicent Incentives. • Comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, understanding a data model and an object model. • Experienced writing SQL queries, and writing design specifications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of software development & implementation life cycles. • Experience with major relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) • Able to prioritize, multitask, and work well in teams
