📋 Description

• Design, develop, and unit test ServiceNow catalog items, custom applications, automation, and integration solutions • Engage with Business Analysts and subject-matter experts to perform detailed requirements analysis • Provide production implementation and post-production support for ServiceNow modules and features • Design, architect, maintain, and enhance catalog items • Configure, customize, and support Now Assist AI capabilities across relevant ServiceNow modules • Maintain current-state ServiceNow platform architecture documentation, including AI-enabled agentic workflows • Gather requirements, analyze impacts, and configure solutions according to ITIL best practices • Develop technical design documents • Create test plans, coordinate testing, and track software defects • Perform and facilitate regression testing of resolved defects • Explain technical complexities and design decisions to project stakeholders • Support ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution • Contribute to ServiceNow development using JavaScript, including newly developed modules and major releases • Configure and customize the platform based on customer needs • Participate in an agile work intake and iterative delivery process

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional work experience • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development • Proficient in JavaScript-based design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions, including Incident, Change, Service Request / Service Catalog, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB, and Service Portal • Experience with server-side and client-side scripting on ServiceNow, including Business Rules, Client Script, Script Include, UI Policy, UI Actions, and UI Pages • Experience with ServiceNow Workflow/Flow Designer, Workspace, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, Reports, Email Notifications, Email Inbound Actions, SLAs, ACLs, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and GlideSystem • Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC • Experience with ServiceNow automations and enterprise integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, Workflow Data Fabric, and similar technologies • Ability to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds and technical levels and develop technical requirements and designs • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Must be willing to work night shift • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or related discipline • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes is a plus • Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) is a plus • Experience in CMDB, Discovery, or Service Mapping is a plus • Familiarity with A2A-based and MCP-based AI integration is a plus • ServiceNow CSA, CIS, Developer Certification, or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus • Knowledge of Agile Development and JIRA is a plus • Micro-certification in AI / GenAI capabilities is a plus
