📋 Description
• Conduct financial negotiations focused on regularizing outstanding balances and recovering funds; • Build trusting relationships with our customers by delivering an excellent experience; • Ensure the quality of service within established SLAs; • Act with ownership and urgency, following each request through to resolution; • Identify opportunities for improvement and capture feedback during interactions; • Record all interactions in the systems, ensuring the accuracy of information; • Clarify questions about invoices, payments, agreements and other financial matters.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with financial negotiations, collections or debt recovery; • Background in customer service (CX, CS or related areas); • Analytical ability to identify opportunities and propose improvements; • Knowledge of service metrics such as TEI (Time Between Interactions) and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Clear, empathetic and concise communication skills; • Organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of execution; • Experience with Zendesk (advantage).
