📋 Description
• Act as the institution's primary point of contact and focal point for the isaac enrollment process, managing expectations and coordinating alignments • Ensure schools are fully trained on the isaac enrollment process through online trainings and provide support for operational questions • Oversee the entire preparation and configuration process for enrollment operations, managing multiple schools simultaneously and meeting SLAs • Ensure schools have an outstanding and delightful experience with isaac • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and client relationship abilities • Good organizational skills and ability to work autonomously • High sense of urgency to prioritize multiple tasks in parallel, with a focus on quality, consistent delivery, and attention to detail • Familiarity with CRM systems or operational tracking tools • Proactive and collaborative attitude, open to feedback and continuous learning • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Plus: experience in the education sector (K–12 schools) • Plus: experience in client-facing areas (Onboarding, Customer Success, Enrollments, Support, etc.) • Plus: basic understanding of financial flows and payment methods • Plus: familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar
