📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design projects, from problem discovery to implementation of the solution. • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to build simple, efficient experiences aligned with business objectives. • Conduct research, interviews, and user validations to ground product and design decisions. • Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive flows, journeys, and interfaces. • Actively participate in defining product strategy, contributing systemic vision and user experience focus. • Create high-quality prototypes, flows, and specifications with attention to detail. • Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure the impact of proposed solutions. • Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and maintain consistency across products and features. • Collaborate with other designers through critiques, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews. • Serve as a technical reference within the team, supporting more junior designers with day-to-day challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Product Designer on digital products. • Ability to independently lead complex design projects. • Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product and Engineering. • Strong background in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design. • Experience conducting user research and validating solutions with users. • Ability to make data-informed decisions considering metrics and business context. • Excellent communication and the ability to present arguments to different stakeholders. • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma). • Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, impact, and quality of execution. • Nice to have: Experience with complex digital products, platforms, or scalable ecosystems. • Experience in agile, product-oriented environments. • Experience with Design Systems and component governance. • Familiarity with product metrics and experimentation frameworks. • Experience mentoring junior designers. • Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices. • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech contexts.
