📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design projects, from problem discovery through solution implementation • Actively participate in defining product strategy, contributing a systemic perspective and focusing on the user experience • Conduct research, interviews, and user validations to support product and design decisions • Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure the impact of proposed solutions • Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive flows, journeys, and interfaces • Create high-quality prototypes, flows, and specifications with strong attention to detail • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to build simple, efficient experiences aligned with business goals • Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and ensure a consistent experience across products and features • Collaborate with other designers through critiques, knowledge-sharing, and quality reviews • Act as a technical reference within the team, supporting more junior designers with day-to-day challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Designer on digital products, with the ability to autonomously lead complex design projects • Strong technical repertoire in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design, with mastery of design and prototyping tools (such as Figma) • Experience with research and user validation, demonstrating the ability to make data-, metrics-, and business-context-driven decisions • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders and experienced working in multidisciplinary teams with Product and Engineering • A strong portfolio demonstrating your product thinking, the impact you've delivered, and the quality of your execution.
