📋 Description
• Define and evolve design frameworks, processes, and tools to scale best practices; • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing to create solutions that combine innovation, usability, and business impact; • Identify improvement opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, ensuring data-driven decisions; • Promote a user-centered culture by conducting research, interviews, and usability testing to validate hypotheses and user journey solutions; • Evaluate how new products meet market needs and consumer preferences; • Monitor experience metrics and propose continuous improvements to our flows and user journeys; • Advocate UX/UI best practices, including accessibility and inclusive design; • Influence strategic decisions and ensure design remains a competitive differentiator for the company.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in Figma with projects delivered to production • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating visual presentations • Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles • Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative work with cross-functional teams • Higher education: Bachelor's degree, technologist degree, or technical diploma
