📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design projects, from problem discovery through solution implementation; • Actively participate in defining product strategy, contributing a systemic perspective with a strong focus on user experience; • Conduct user research, interviews, and validations to inform product and design decisions; • Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure the impact of proposed solutions; • Actively contribute to the evolution of the Design System and ensure consistency of the experience across different products and features; • Serve as a technical reference within the team, supporting more junior designers with day-to-day challenges; • Collaborate with other designers through critiques, knowledge-sharing, and quality reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Product Designer on digital products, with the ability to independently lead complex design projects; • Strong technical background in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design, with proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma; • Skilled in research and validation, demonstrating the ability to make decisions driven by data, metrics, and business context; • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, comfortable interacting with and influencing stakeholders and working in multidisciplinary teams; • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your product reasoning, the impact of your solutions, and the quality of your execution.
