📋 Description

• Lead the technical design and implementation of highly complex solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance • Collaborate with Product and Design to build high-impact solutions • Work strategically with Product Managers and Engineering Managers, balancing speed, technical excellence, and user value • Anticipate and mitigate engineering and product risks • Promote software engineering best practices • Contribute to the technical development of less experienced engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience developing complex backend systems • Advanced knowledge of distributed systems design, including consistency, idempotency, event-driven communication/messaging, and fault tolerance • Production maturity: observability, performance under real-world load, and ownership of the operation of what you build • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling • Experience with automated unit and integration testing • Strong command of software engineering principles • Ability to work with distributed systems • Experience with Go and Kotlin is highly valued; experience with Java, C#, Python, or Node.js is also accepted • Proactive in keeping up with technological developments and using Artificial Intelligence tools • Collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning
