📋 Description

• Partner closely with the Business Applications team, fellow NetSuite administrators, and key business stakeholders to ensure NetSuite and other tools are used effectively • Execute system changes and process automations based on approved work • Support platform updates and releases; perform configuration, workflow updates, and system maintenance for the procurement platform • Maintain accuracy of core system data in line with documented standards • Support internal team partnership and communication, translating requirements into system configurations • Act as an individual contributor, addressing issues escalated through Business Applications • Maintain working knowledge of integrations and assist with testing and validation activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of systems administration experience • Experience or familiarity with different accounting platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Zip, Navan or similar) • Have NetSuite Admin or other certifications, or having Interest in pursuing preferred NetSuite Certifications include ERP Consultant, Financial User, Suite Analytics, Application Developer, etc. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, data analysis, and stakeholder communication • Willingness to continue growing through experience and/or study and certification. • Minimum expectation of a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience.
