📋 Description

• Support the technical relationship with assigned customers and create and maintain outstanding customer partnerships • Interact with customers as a technical representative and first-level provider of security services • Analyze security events using network, endpoint, and log sources • Identify correlations in client environments and determine whether behavior is expected • Deliver Arctic Wolf network and endpoint security solutions to customers • Monitor systems for security incidents and vulnerabilities • Develop monitoring and visibility capabilities • Report on incidents, vulnerabilities, and trends • Independently steer complex investigations within area of expertise • Engage experts from other disciplines to resolve matters appropriately • Prepare and document security governance, standard operating procedures, and protocols • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security for customer environments • Monitor systems for irregular behavior and establish preventive measures • Determine escalation needs and coordinate with customers and internal and external stakeholders • Educate and train staff on information system security best practices • Attend internal, vendor, and customer meetings on camera

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years' relevant experience • Relevant education could include university degree, college diploma, or industry certifications • Basic understanding of common business network requirements and simple networking troubleshooting • Basic understanding of security concerns for common cloud-based infrastructure-as-a-service providers • Familiarity with regional privacy laws • Knowledge of vulnerability management tools and processes • Basic understanding of Business Continuity Planning • Basic understanding of Disaster Recovery Planning and Incident Response concepts • Basic understanding of Active Directory functions • Ability to audit and make policy recommendations for common EPP solutions • High-level understanding of Group Policy features and INF security templates • Ability to read and effectively use Windows event and Sysmon logs • Knowledge of common Windows ports and protocols and how they should be properly secured • Basic understanding of firewall concepts • Effective English communication, written and verbal • Effective de-escalation and conflict resolution skills • Ability to remain on camera for meetings and maintain a professional setting • Ability to pass a criminal background check and employment verification
