📋 Description

• Working as a lead software developer on the Applications Team • Delivering the cloud-based software that helps solve security problems • Provide technical direction to deliver high value, performant software solutions • Provide guidance on best practices for running, monitoring, and maintaining the system • Mentor emerging technical leaders and influence the work of team members • Develop trusted cross-team relationships to deliver solutions that span multiple areas of expertise • Participate in monthly R&D Demos and annual Hackathon events

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate mastery over software development practices • Experience in one or more of these technologies: Python/Django, Go, React/Typescript, AWS, Git, Docker, Kubernetes • Proven leadership experience from previous projects • Ability to perform programming tasks and large engineering projects independently • Ability to guide and mentor other staff members • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/ECS) and cloud-native architecture (nice to have) • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) (nice to have)
