• Develops and retains a quality Agent client base • Administers marketing program focusing on prospective agents • Provides maintenance of existing customers • Interfaces with division/regional management and legal counsel on the management of agents • Maintains the customer relationship and services the customer’s needs • Builds client relationships, secures new business from new customers • Compiles lists of prospective customers for sales leads • Develops and executes a call plan for the assigned area • Attends title insurance industry functions and participates in appropriate organizations • Creates or adapts and delivers group and individual presentations • Assesses individual client needs and develops a plan to meet those needs • Communicates proactively with clients, fulfilling the Westcor services platform
• High School Diploma • 2 – 5 years of successful Title/Real estate industry experience • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives • Applies diplomacy and tact in all business interpersonal activities • Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to persuade and influence others • Strong negotiation skills • Flexible with the ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions • Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image too the public
