📋 Description

• Create daily and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant • Support our F&B Assistant with personnel management • Onboard and train new sales staff • Supervise and mentor sales trainees/apprentices • Contribute to the optimization of workflows and processes • Assist in sales operations, from merchandise presentation to sales activities • Handle guest inquiries and complaints via the POS/cash register system • Place orders for merchandise and carry out inventories • Implement measures to improve quality and increase sales

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational qualification as a retail salesperson, sales assistant, or an equivalent qualification • Ideally, experience as a shift supervisor in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or a comparable role (career changers are also welcome) • Ideally, initial experience in personnel management • Good written and spoken German and English
