📋 Description

• Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal (non-healing) wounds • Digital wound documentation • Counseling, support and education for patients and their relatives • Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment • Ensuring prescription handling and supply management • Managing and expanding the existing client base • Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or qualified nursing professional • Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required • Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patient needs • Reliable and responsible approach to work • Valid Class B driving license
