📋 Description

• Create daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the Food & Beverage Assistant. • Support our Food & Beverage Assistant with staff management. • Onboard and train new employees. • Supervise trainees in service. • Contribute to the optimization of workflows. • Work in guest service, from table service to sales activities in the restaurant. • Handle guest inquiries and complaints via the POS/cash register systems. • Order supplies and conduct inventory counts. • Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally completed vocational training in gastronomy or retail, or a comparable qualification. • Some professional experience as a shift supervisor or in a comparable position is desirable. • Ideally initial experience in staff leadership. • Enjoy working in guest service. • Good spoken and written German and English.
