📋 Description

• Create daily and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant. • Support our F&B Assistant in staff management. • Onboard new employees. • Supervise apprentices in service. • Contribute to optimizing work processes. • Work in guest service, from table service to sales activities in the restaurant. • Handle guest inquiries and complaints via POS/cash systems. • Order supplies and conduct inventories. • Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally completed training in hospitality or retail, or a comparable qualification. • Initial professional experience as a shift leader or in a comparable position is desirable. • Ideally some experience in personnel management. • Enjoy working in guest service. • Good command of English and German, both written and spoken.
